Worthing Development

This project involved the conversion and extension of an existing retail unit to provide 13 new apartments over three floors with a shop maintained at ground floor. 

 

The existing building was a combination of victorian frontage and a 1960's extension which each required different approaches to upgrade and refurbish.

 

Works are due to complete in late 2021.
