Westbourne Street

Nestled in the middle of a row of beautiful four-storey Victorian terraced houses, we have created a light-filled series of spaces which can be open or closed off for flexible modern living. The clients were a growing family who desired a seamless connection to their garden. 

 

A simple approach was taken and two glazed volumes added to the side and rear, all of which was possible under Permitted Development.

 

The project was featured on Channel 4's Old House New Home in 2019.
