JDRM Architects have secured planning approval for this 3 double-bedroom family home on a small and awkward site with an area of just 74sqm. Our innovative design occupies the entire site footprint and provides 108sqm of internal space across three stories, two parking spaces and a large roof terrace with views across the South Downs National Park.

 

The design is the outcome of detailed research, design studies and negotiation with the planning department to ensure that the building responded to the local context and did not have a detrimental impact on existing nearby houses.
