This project involved the construction of 4 new build houses on a sensitive backland site overlooking the South Downs National Park.

The houses are set into the existing sloping topography of the site to allow for two storey accommodation whilst fitting in with the rooflines of single storey bungalows that neighboured the site.

Extensive work was undertaken to ensure that the scheme provided a net gain in biodiversity through the provision of new habitats whilst also not disturbing several protected wildlife sites that were directly adjacent to the project boundary.

Full planning approval was achieved in 2022.
